Our Story
Peregrine Partners was founded with a clear ambition: to raise the standard of healthcare recruitment across Australia through genuine expertise, care and accountability.
We saw a sector where recruitment had become too transactional. Candidates were too often treated like numbers, and healthcare organisations were left searching for practitioners who could do more than simply fill a role. They needed people who aligned with their clinical needs, values, culture and long-term vision.
We believed healthcare recruitment deserved better.
Inspired by the peregrine falcon, known for its speed, focus and precision, our approach is sharp, deliberate and purposeful. We do not circle and wait. We listen carefully, identify the right opportunity, move decisively and land with intent.
